We recruit in technology because we understand it. We don't chase every sector — we focus on what we know best, and we go deep rather than wide. That focus means we understand the roles, the people, and the market dynamics in our area, not in the abstract.

Every search is run by someone with real experience in that discipline. We take time to understand what a role actually needs before we start, and we are honest about whether we can deliver it.

Why do you only recruit in technology?
We believe depth beats breadth. By focusing exclusively on technology, we've built real expertise in the roles, skills and market dynamics that matter in this sector. That means we understand what a DevOps engineer actually does day-to-day, or why a machine learning role needs different assessment than a frontend one — not just in theory, but in practice.
Do you cover all technology roles or just certain ones?
We cover the full spectrum of technology disciplines — from Frontend and Backend Engineering to DevOps, QA Automation, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Cloud Architecture and more. Every search is led by someone with direct experience in that specific area, so you're not speaking to a generalist trying to fill a niche role.
What's the difference between your approach and a generalist agency?
Generalist agencies spread themselves across multiple sectors — finance one day, retail the next, tech somewhere in between. We don't. We only recruit in technology, which means our consultants live and breathe this market. They know the tooling, the career paths, and what candidates actually care about when they're considering a move.
Can you help if I'm not sure which specialism my role falls under?
Absolutely. If you're hiring for a role that crosses disciplines — say, a platform engineer who needs both DevOps and backend skills — just tell us what you need. We'll work out which consultant is best placed to run the search, or bring in multiple specialists if the role genuinely spans areas.
Do you only work with tech companies or do you recruit for other industries too?
We recruit technology professionals for any type of organisation — whether that's a pure-play tech company, a fintech, a retailer building an engineering team, or a public sector body hiring data engineers. The sector you operate in doesn't matter; what matters is that the role itself is a technology one.
How do you stay up to date with changes in the technology market?
Our consultants work in this market every day — speaking to candidates, running searches, and tracking what's moving. We're not reading about trends in a report six months after they happen; we're seeing them play out in real time through the roles we fill and the conversations we have.
What if I need to hire across multiple technology disciplines at once?
We can handle that. Each discipline gets its own specialist consultant, so a Frontend hire is run by someone who knows Frontend, a Machine Learning hire by someone who knows ML, and so on. You get one point of contact to coordinate, but the depth of expertise behind each search.
