We work a small number of briefs at a time and run each one properly. No spray-and-pray. No handing your search to whoever has capacity that week. Your brief gets the team's attention from start to finish.

How many roles do you work on at once?
We deliberately keep our active brief load small so each search gets proper attention. You won't be competing with dozens of other clients for our time, and your role won't get handed off to whoever's free that week. We'd rather turn work away than dilute the quality of what we deliver.
What happens if you can't fill the role?
If we take a brief and realise halfway through that the market isn't there or the spec needs rethinking, we'll tell you straight. We don't string searches out for the sake of it. You'll get an honest assessment of what's realistic and whether continuing makes sense.
Do you only work on permanent roles?
No — we place permanent, contract and temporary technology professionals. Whether you need a senior engineer on a fixed-term contract or a permanent head of infrastructure, we work the same way: properly briefed, properly searched, properly delivered.
How quickly do you respond to new briefs?
We respond to every brief within one working day. That response includes our view on the role itself, where it sits in the current market, and whether it's something we're confident we can deliver on. If it's not the right fit, we'll say so upfront.
What does 'rigour over volume' actually mean in practice?
It means we don't send you every CV that vaguely matches the job title. We shortlist properly, present candidates we'd genuinely hire ourselves, and give you context on why each one's worth your time. You get fewer CVs, but the ones you do get are worth reading.
Which technology roles do you recruit for?
We cover software engineering, DevOps, cloud architecture, machine learning, cybersecurity and other specialist tech disciplines. If the role requires serious technical expertise and you're hiring in the UK, it's likely something we can help with.
Do you work with startups or just established companies?
We work with both. Whether you're a Series A fintech hiring your first platform engineer or an established enterprise building out a security function, the approach is the same: understand the brief properly, search the market properly, deliver candidates who fit.
What information do you need to assess a new brief?
We need to understand the role, the team it's joining, the technical environment, and what good looks like for you. The more context you give us upfront, the better we can assess whether we're the right fit and how to approach the search.
